Fingerprint Resistant Film

UniPixel's patent pending Fingerprint Resistant (FPR) film directly addresses a common problem with touch screen devices: the visibility of fingerprints on a touch screen surface and the resulting impairment of the user experience. Using a pattern of micro-structures that allow the oils from the skin to dissipate and remain invisible to the user, FPR actively reduces fingerprints on touch screen displays. The result is a Clearly Superior™ touch screen viewing experience.

Embossed Micro-Structures

We build our FPR film in an efficient roll-to-roll process that embeds micro-structures directly on the film.  These micro-structures help to eliminate the appearance of fingerprints on the film's surface.  This effect remains for the life of the film when the film is periodically cleaned with consumer glass cleaners.

The ability to create these micro-structures quickly and at a low cast makes UniPixel unique in the protective film market.  We can supply rolls of our fingerprint resistant film or cut it to your individual specifications.
