The UniBoss™ production process enables the printing of fine line conductor patterns on flexible film substrates. This process can produce ultra-fine line (<5µm width) conductive lines and patterns that can be used for many printed circuit applications. With our process we can also print pads for connectors along with our circuits, and depending on your design we may be able to eliminate the need for adding separate flex-connectors directly to the film.

UniPixel's optical physics, chemistry and electronic engineers work with you to create a design that meets your requirements. From your design we then create the printing process master. Your master is placed on our fast, efficient roll-to-roll equipment capable of printing millions of square feet per day. UniBoss™ components can be produced in a roll-to-roll process at room temperature in extremely high volumes.
