UniPixel™, Inc. intends to become the core developer and licensor of the highest performance and most efficient display panel technologies in the industry. These display panel technologies will enhance the application devices to which they are incorporated delivering superior results to the end users of the devices.

CORPORATE OVERVIEW
UniPixel™ Displays, Inc., originated in 2001 and located in The Woodlands, Texas, just north of Houston, intends to become an emerging force in the electronics industry by specializing in the development and commercialization of its display technology. With secured patents and additional patents pending, UniPixel™ Display technology represents a unique breakthrough in the ability to develop high performance high efficiency display panel products. UniPixel™ technology has potential applications in the military, televisions, cellular telephones, portable electronics, laptop computers, and other display monitor applications. UniPixel™ technology is a breakthrough approach whereby light is injected into the edge of a panel substrate and then emitted from the flat surface through tiny optical shutters that act as the individual pixels. Colors are created using the technique of Field Sequential Color which is similarly used currently in projector systems and rear projection televisions.
